# Workplace Analyticsで進める！ ニューノーマル時代のデータドリブンマネジメント

#### 概要

新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響に伴い、私たちの生活様式は一変し、仕事の取り組み方への変化も求められるようになりました。

組織としてビジネスモデルや提供する付加価値の変革、働き方の変革を促すにあたって、チェンジマネジメントは必須事項です。また大きな変革を求めるのであれば、その変革に伴う費用対効果を示す実証データが求められるのも事実です。
